There are two exchange stations: Ishthal at Braiken or Stacy at Loa.

In the conversation window, choose the exchange station of the dungeon you want.

On the item list, you will see names and the requirement of exchangeable items. Move the cursor to an item to see more details about it.

To choose an item to acquire, click on it and press Confirm in the pop-up window. Press Cancel if you change your mind.

When the trade is successful, selected item will go to the inventory.

Note that additional items may be required to complete some transactions.

If you don’t have the necessary items, you will not be able to acquire the item in question.
